Top Seven shows of the Summer Season

            I tried to write a part 3 of the awards, but it sounded either bullshity, or like I had no idea what I was talking about. Between voice acting, music, and art, I kinda have an appreciation of music, and a large appreciation of art, but those two just wasn’t enough to make a post. So I’ve skipped ahead to the top seven of the season.

Tops Picks Summer 2009-Preaward, the everyone wins awards

Alright, I wanted to do an awards for the summer season, based on the awards that The Null Set always does. But I’m one of those people who wants to give everyone an award, and I thought this be a good way to introduce all the canidates for the catogories. So without further to do, let’s give out the awards.

This didn’t really feel like the last episode of a series.

Pandora Hearts 24-It doesn’t matter if it makes sense long as it’s epic and awesome

I really liked this episode of Pandora Hearts.

 

Pandora Hearts 22–Alice and her 27 dresses

There was a lot of back story in this episode. We learned more about Break’s past as well as Alice’s. It seems Alice had quite an impressive wardrobe–I screenshoted everytime she was shown in a new dress. Also, we found out the secret behind her.

I really liked Alice’s outfit in this episode. I thought it was cute.

Pandora Hearts episode 20

Pandora Hearts was just filler this week, but it was good filler in that it was actually really funny and not just lame typical jokes. Anyway, given the characters had a rough few episodes, I think they deserve a good time before the action starts up again. We also got to see a lot of Alice action which made me really happy. Next episode looks to be a boring flashback episode as well as it there won’t be an episode next week.

Pandora Hearts 16-18

These episodes did not include enough Alice. They also illustrated that good transition from one plot to the next makes for a good story that doesn’t leave the viewed going ‘Huh?’. This was accomplished by having one of the worst transitions I’ve ever seen in an anime from point a to point b. At least they didn’t waste too much time on it.

 

But the kitties were really cute!

Pandora Hearts episode 15

            Pandora Hearts is interesting. Just when it starts to get boring, something really cool happens, and I feel like drudging through the episodes was worth it just for this event.
