I have a little hobby for writing parodies every once in a while. This one I’ve been working on all summer. It’s to the tune of “I Wanna Be a Rockstar” by Nickelback, and for Borderline Hikkomori, I tried to give a nod to every writer I’ve worked with on here somewhere.

I’m through with complaining about shows
and no one listening
It’s like 200% damage in Brawl
and I’m about to fall in
This anime nerd business hasn’t turned out
quite the way I want it to be

on an decent mecha anime
And 200 words to cram all in
And a domain to give me enough
hits for 200,000 plus me

I’ll need a, website with the newest fansubs on it
And VLC media player while I’m at it
Gonna find the quickest downloading subs
That finish in thirty-seven minutes

And my own place on a blogroll
