I don’t have the proper software to cut out video to put on YouTube, but I’m not just imagining things, right? The pop is in both SS-Eclipse’s and Sprocket-TWH’s releases, and it doesn’t seem to be part of the background music…

Checked it out. I’ve heard the exact same pop at the very beginning of the baseball field sequence. Like Tzion says, it’s just background noise from people practicing their swings. Nothing to do with Tomoyo apart from pure coincidence.
And you can keep hearing that pop throughout. Definitely more to do with baseball than Tomoyo.
No, it’s either BGM (course I also heard it about one and a half second after that), or, like Tzion says, a crack of baseball bat. I’m positive it’s the BGM though.
Hm… Baseball bat is probably right, because it doesn’t sound like a moe sound effect to me (it would have been a cuter ‘pop’ if you can imagine that).
But the coincidence is still there, and it’s still a fun thing to think about.
