First heard about this release from Kurogane, who spoke mostly of the JAM PROJECT remix of “Motteke! Sailor Fuku” on track 1. A bunch of guys singing that song is particularly amusing, but I didn’t find it too different from the remixes on the Re-Mix001 album, which was released in August. So I expected just to hear six more interesting twists on an already crazy song, and tracks 2, 3, and 4 were just like that.
…But then I was totally blown away by the remaining two tracks.

Mm… Kagamin’s shoulder
Track 5, “Motteke! Sailor Fuku Bak-Bak-Bakoon! Mix” by Ryosuke Nakanishi a.k.a. r-midwest, expands upon the previous remixings by adding both the background music from the series and the speaking tracks from the character song albums. As someone who has listened to all of the individual character song albums (and loved all of them), this is a treat to the ears. “Motteke! Sailor Fuku” will always remain as an iconic song, but it certainly wasn’t the only good one throughout Lucky Star’s run. So this track broadens the scope and includes voices from all the other girls in the show. (…And I think I heard some Cheetah Men II at the end of this track.)
Finally the epic Track 6, titled “Kumikyoku ‘Lucky Star Douga’,” is credited to Lucky Star no Minna, or basically the entire cast (or close to it). What this means is more inclusions of character image songs, and it results in the most awesome track ever. It’s 15:25 long — yes 925 seconds — but you will be entertained throughout its entire length. I’ll be jamming to this one for a while, especially while driving. I can barely type this entry without moving in my seat a little, so I apologize if I’ve been rambling so far, but I’m trying to keep it concise.
This one track revitalizes my love for all the music released for Lucky Star, and it was an interesting quiz opportunity, too. I’ve tried to break down the song below, but maybe you could listen to it yourself and try to figure it out first.

6:15 sounds closest to “Ran Ran Ran dayo, Lucky Star” and 13:05 has faint sounds of “Shiawase Negau Kanata Kara” but I don’t think those are it… And the rest of the ?’s sound very familiar, but I can’t pinpoint them.
EDIT 1: Thanks to my commenters for helping to fill in the blanks! ^_^
EDIT 2: Now that the 8th BGM disc is out, I’ve identified 6:15 as Minami’s theme. 13:05 still unknown; it will probably be revealed in the future.
EDIT 3: I think the list is done! Yay, commenters! Hooray!
EDIT 4: (April, 2009) A correction after almost a year. 12:15 is a track on the 11th BGM disc that was released long after the last “We’re done!” announcement in this thread. And the word Sentimental in the track name may be more easily searchable as “Yanchimental,” a misreading that went unchecked on the Internet after the CD’s release.
Get this album for track 6 and its amalgam of awesome, and then maybe the rest of them in descending order. Oh, and the cover of the album is so nice.
~Crisu

9:08 is “Aimai Net Darling”, the Lucky Channel OP. The others are, as you say, familiar, but I can’t place them either.
9:08 – Aimai Net Darling (Lucky Channel OP)
10:38 – Yuuchou Sentai Dajare Ranger (Patty/Konata)
Nice list you’ve compiled! I didn’t care for the majority of the character songs, but remixing them together removed a lot of annoying parts for me. But when was Gravity used? I know the song, but cannot remember from what.
@Deftoned:
“Gravity” was first heard in episode 6 during the Initial D parody. The instrumental version of it was heard in episode 8 during the marathon race with Miyuki.
It’s Track 1 in 3rd BGM & Radio Bangumi CD — sad that it’s only a minute and a half long. I wonder if there is a longer version…
@Crisu: Thanks! I just saw “Initial D” and it came back to me!
when the soung yuuchou sentai dajare ranger plays it’s also combined with kousaki satoru’s 1974
Well, I can figure out that much. The rest is same as you. It sound familiar, but i dont know rhat it is or where i heard it
Im gonna ask some one else :)
The music at 2:12 is “Bubbu Bubbu Budane, Lucky Star”, from BGM vol. 6.
Some one say that these unrecognized may be in BGM albums that haven’t been released yet. For instance, he recognize the music at 12:15 from the Kyoto episode (I forget which episode is, 20+ maybe)
Please check it If it correct or not
Sorry for the double post
Oh man. Gravity’s on this CD? Consider yourself downloaded! Such awesome. That cover is just too cute, too. xD It’s been floating around /w/ for about a week. High res, must get!
OMG ur a freaking ginius!
ur my savior
12:15 – Skip Skip Skip dayo, Lucky Star from BGMCD5. ^^
Thanks everyone for the help and comments!
@must_zen: I believe you’re right. ^^
@Rebbu: A commenter on Kurogane’s entry left a link to her vector of the CD cover; it’s awesome!
@Chris: The same 8-bit style remixing is used, but I don’t think it’s exactly 1974 in that section…
Forget to mention before, I believe Gravity can be found on Lucky Star BGM & Radio Bangum Vol 3 :D
Gravity sounds awesome. is there a full version of it somewhere?
13:05 sound like Shiawase Negau Kanata Kara with missing notes and a faster tempo
Hey! Listen! Watch out!
Okay, I think the list is pretty much complete now. With the release of the 9th BGM disc, the third-to-last track is most definitely “Hiiragi 4 Shimai.” Also (this is important now), it seems we both overlooked another track. Between “Yuuchou Sentai Dare Ranger” and “Kenka Yohou no Jikan dayo” (11:27-11:38) is “Marsh & Mallow.” I’m quite positive about it.
Very nice-a? High five!
Ooh! Great call on Marsh & Mallow. And I was so happy to find 13:05 in the 9th BGM release, too; I’m glad someone else thought the same thing.
So thank you! ^_^ I think we do have a complete list now. Yatta!
Thank you oh so much,
this list really helped me get the complete lyrics to KLSD. :D
♥ himi
>^< It’s a real shame that Ayano and Misao weren’t on this remix!
Skip Skip dayo, Lucky Star -> Yachimental Shuugaku Ryokou
Yah, I know. I screwy. My apologies.
Wow, awesome. And I totally understand since BGM disc 11 came out so late. Also interesting is a possible misspelling of the track name after all this time — the first character in センチメンタル修学旅行 read as ‘ya’ instead of ’se’.
